You may request deletion of or access to these recordings by contacting us, subject to our data retention policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB KPM ESC and its affiliates provide the services “as is” and disclaim all warranties (express or implied). MB KPM ESC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or goodwill) arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
